Does your dog bark, growl, or lunge at people, other dogs, or sometimes apparently random things? Do you wish you could walk them, but their reactive behavior is embarrassing or even a little scary?

This class is for you! Let us help you help your best friend feel safe and remain calm in the presence of things that trigger this behavior.

This is an intensive, six-week class for pre-approved dogs who struggle with leash reactivity. Only four dogs are allowed in this extensive course, offered at two levels.

In the Level 1 series, you learned the necessary skills and concepts to manage your dog's unwanted reactions, provide appropriate enrichment alternatives and train replacement behaviors in your home environment.

In the Level 2 series, you'll build on these foundations with new Pattern Games, more loose leash walking exercises, and Behavior Adjustment Training (BAT) setups to empower your dog to make good choices in real-world situations without the use of food.

This class introduces advanced handling techniques and will include field trips to local parks to simulate distractions and walks in your home neighborhood.

If you are new to Nose Work, you will love how much mental and physical exercise your dog gets while they are learning to search using methods based on detection and search-and-rescue dog training.

You don’t need a yard or bulky equipment to play this game and ANY dog can play—large, small, old or young. Many blind, deaf and disabled dogs have become competitive in K9 Nose Work®.

K9 Nose Work® is also very safe. As each dog searches alone, all other dogs are crated well away from the search areas to enable every dog-handler team to feel confident, making this a great, safe sport for even reactive dogs.
